Duke Babies Vasquez-Alvarado

I remember bring home our beagle. He cried the hour it took us to get him home and and had to sleep on the back of my husbands neck for the ride home. When we got him home he was just so sweet with his big brown eyes and long ears. We decied to call him duke. He did'nt look like a duke, because a duke to me was more of a mean looking dog. Little did we know that that was meant just for him he was a fighter all getting into brawls with the neighbor hood dogs. I remember one day he learned how to just the fence and he would always got to the field next door and just take off running through the field one day I had to go drive my car out to this field to go catch him. One day he got into the neighbors yard and I don't know we make a joke of this now because we would say he feel in love with the cow because he would go over and eat with her and he would come back just stinky becasue he had been rolling in the cow poo.

Duke we just wanted to let you know we miss you a lot you were the best dog we ever had and we will never forget you I'm glad you did not suffer and you went in you sleep. It's not the same since you left us. You will always be my honey. and your dad's Luci. Please watch over us and well see you up in heaven.
