Sassy Dog

My wonderful Sassy dog. It's been 3 days now and my heart is aching for you. I cannot go in the back yard yet to your grave. We all miss your happy face. Graycie girl is looking for you. She's only a kitten and can't figure out where you are. My garden dog you were. I did most of my spring cleaning while you where still here and try as you may it was hard for you to get around, but you somehow managed to look for me. You were such a smart border collie, keeping the squirrels at bay, making sure they stayed away from my birdfeeders. You were Queen Lafif of the yard. Such a guardian angel. We all miss and love you Sass.

Till we meet over the Rainbow bridge, my heart will ache for your company.
