My Dearest Fred,
It seems like just yesterday that we found each other and became a family. It is hard to believe that 11 years have gone by so fast. I want you to know that you were and always will be my best friend and my doggie "soulmate". You taught me so much in your time here with me, you showed me unconditional love from that first moment we met. You were always there to protect me from real or imagined dangers and I never felt scared as long as you were there. Now you are gone and I miss you so much. Thank you for loving me. I hope I was able to give you as much as you gave to me. I will love you forever, you will always be in my heart. Not a day goes by that I don't think about you. Be safe and happy in heaven and wait for mommy at the bridge. We will be together again. I love you.
