My little fish Charlie. You got your name because my son Rick named every fish, hamster and turtle Charlie, if one passed away the next one was named Charlie again. What else could I call you having never had a fish of my own, you were destined to be Charlie. I along with several girls in my office rescued several Beta fish from a guy that brought them in to fight them. When we found out about it, we threw a fit and he gave each one of us a fish. I was lucky enough to get you. I felt sorry for you in such a little bowl so I bought you a large one. You were happy to sit on my desk and swim around, you got my heart when I would point at you and you would stay there and watch me work. You were the hit at the office, when I fed you, you would jump up out of your bowl and take the pellet out of my fingers, everyone came to watch you. I missed you on the weekend, I was told you would be fine for two days but I thought about you. When Christmas came, I went on vacation and decided it was time you came home with me. Your new home was on my side table in the dining room, my bird Sunny loved to watch you swim. My only picture of you was taken the day before you left, I had just cleaned your bowl and felt I wanted a picture of you, I am so glad I took it, the next day I found you behind the table, your little trick of jumping out of your bowl led to your death. I have to tell you, I cried for you little fish, I love you, I never really realized I could love a fish until you. Thanks to Bucky who gave me my animal heart, it also includes fish. I will see you again little guy until then I LOVE AND MISS YOU.
