We were the best of friends. I rescued you from a bad pet store and nursed you the moment I found out that you were a little Diabetic Hammy. You were so spirited and free, and you loved every moment of your short life. I may have only had you for a year, but I loved you very much and I think about you every day. You helped me through hard times and I like to think that I helped you too... many people thought I was silly to care so much for you, but animals, even the smallest little ones, are God's creatures, and you had just as much spirit and love as any other creature. God bless you in Heaven, and I hope you know how much I truly loved you. I wish I could have taken care of you better, but I did my very best. RIP Napoleon
